I’m In China…where Can I Find A Fashion Design Teacher For My Friend?

Well…I’m a Chinese high school student…I’ve got a good friend and she’s interested in fashion design…Last week she held an catwalk exhibition…she’s the designer and maker of those fashion, as well as one of the models…I’m touched by her show…and I am wondering whether I can get some help for her…Is there any people or organization can help her to improve her skill of designing and making fashion…? Teaching throught email is appriciated…
