Where To Learn Basic Chinese Language In Singapore?

Published by David.Ge at 1:28 am under Chinese Language Stuff

I am in search of private tutor or a language school to teach basic mandarin for my 7 year old kid. I am residing in Hougang, Singapore. I tried all C.C’s but no suitable program for her age.
Can any one help? Thanx!
