Gift For My Chinese Friend In China?
I was in china for the summer, and my home stay was with a 19 year old girl. We became friends, and have been talking since I came back to America. Now, we’re exchanging Christmas presents, and I don’t know what (or whats appropriate to get her). Shes 19, introverted, likes reading and arts and crafts, and can speak decent english. Would an American gift be appropriate?, how do I show respect her Chinese culture?

i think it would be nice to send her something from American culture show her what your culture is like! Or a photo book of he two of you together in china if you have any photos that is lol haha
Maybe you could get her a really nice water coloring set or something like that. Or you could try making a shirt with something cool on it that you both like.
