Or do they normally use International Search Engine in English, if they are looking for other countries’ products.

Think of it this way:
When you are searching for a product, do you search in English on a search engine, or in Chinese on an International Search Engine?
I’m pretty sure they use Chinese, since that is the language used there, it’s the same as here.
They may use pin yin though and if their looking for other countries products, I’m sure some will be able to search in English. If they know it is another countries product then I’m sure they know some way to find it. They don’t necessarily need to use English.

Yes, they prefer Chinese over English unless they need to find something from North America. Otherwise, it is all Chinese
