You suck! Your country SUCKS! Stop posting your propaganda!
China has been cited time and again as being one the worst,if not the worst,abusers of labor in the world by the WTO,Amnesty International and others.
China has and does jail human rights activists on a regular basis,including many that push for religious reform.It is considered the worst abuser of human rights in modern times by many groups,including again,Amnesty International.
I know you are censored on what you read and see on the internet(which kind of makes me doubt you’re in China),but plenty of us have seen the videos of teenage girls being executed in groups of six at a time.What kind os nation shoots children in the back of the head in public?
Yahoo,turns people over to your government officials,they have been arrested and in-prisoned.
I seen documentaries,with Pallets stacked almost 6 feet high,with animal skins on them,cats and dogs.I seen caged dogs for food.
I am sure if your playing on yahoo answers your a government official,more censorship. Don’t sound like a democracy to me,pal.

A FEW PROBLEMS ! Apart from rampant corruption from the top down, theifs, drunk taxi drivers, minging beggers, corrupt policemen everywhere.
Foriegners getting charged double for everything.
No matter who much you tell the Chinese people I have no money they do not beleave you as foriegners lie, wrong the Chinese are the worst.
But you might be lucky
Yea China is great mate.

I have been in China for a month and will soon return to live here full time. I think the Chinese people are very friendly and nice to westerners, at least that has been my experience. The only way in which westerners may seem to look down on the Chinese and this is not the people, but the cleanliness in some areas and pollution can be very bad. The hospitals, dentist and clinics I have passed definitely concern me should I ever need one. They are not up to the standards we are use to. However, overall I think China is fast approaching a very modern society. I know some areas already are such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen. I just happen to be in an area where there are few foreigners and things haven’t progressed as much. More change is coming and I am sure that will include better medical facilities in the future.. Overall, I sure hope that westerners will treat you with the respect that I have been treated with. Except for the stares….I don’t think they see many blond, blue eyed people in this part of the country!

You will have the answer by comparing the hygienic conditions in Chinatown, Japanese town, Korean town and Italian town,
Also, people from China can do whatever it takes to obtain citizenship from western countries.

I don’t know why some people would. That’s just their ignorance. The Chinese culture seems to be very popular in California where I live. If some people want to let their ignorance dictate their decisons before they even know the deal then screw them. They’re the ones missing out on a beautiful culture.

I am American and I love China!!! I have been to China many times this year, Bejing, Tangshan, Changsha, Wuhan, Dalian and Yanji. I think the Chinese people are the greatest people on the earth. I love the Chinese culture. I dont know why some americans act so stupid so Chinese. It just shows how norrow-mindede they are.

You`re wrong, I think americans dont hate chinese, they know that chinese are the hardest working people. China sentiment are all over the place. I come from Indonesia and I have chinese heritage, alot of native indonesian dont like chinese there because most of chinese people whealthier than the native and chinese people in indonesia play the rules in the economic. Although I know alot of my phillipino, laosian, thai, cambodian friends tend to think the same way about chinese people who live in their country. Basically, anywhere you go there`s always be like-dislike for chinese. For different reason of course…..
Alot of people judge chinese people as a stingy people, just because the way chinese live and spend their money.

Well, China hasn’t really had the best of histories, with Mao Zedong (Tse-Tung), Tiananmen Square, and others. In addition, its communistic form of government leads to high poverty and cheap labor. Many people believe the Chinese to be “evil” because of this form of government. However, currently, China is developing faster and its people are speaking out stronger. Some Westerners seek a new target for racism. Since the black community is now heavily guarded and is still sensitive from the treatment of the 20th century, many turn to China as an easy target because of it lower standards of living. However, most of this treatement is pure idiocy and ignorance.

Ni hao peng you! Not all Americans look down on the Chinese. While we may find some aspects of your culture different from ours, please understand that if we visit your country, we are there by choice and are likely educated. Most of us are eager to understand your culture. I do not know of a single person who visited China ever comment that he or she did not like the people. I have made many friends in my frequent visits to China. If I had anything negative to say, I would say (and I think you would agree) that the big cities need to work on air quality.

Some people just don’t like foreigners. Right now, I’m living in China… and there are Chinese people who seem to hate foreigners. Why do some Chinese people hate western people? Why do so many Chinese people seem to look down on African people?
Surely you’ll say “it is just a small number, and those people are close-minded and racist”, the same thing applies to western countries.
